Kids Chores & Earnings Tracker is a mobile application that helps parents assign chores and tasks to their children, track completion with photo proof, and manage virtual earnings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Parent Accounts

Parents can create an account by providing a name, username, and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

3.2 Child Accounts

Parents can create child profiles with a name, username, and 3-digit PIN. Parents are responsible for:

• Creating and managing child accounts
• Sharing login credentials securely with their children
• Supervising their children's use of the app

4. App Features

4.1 Task Management

Parents can create, assign, edit, and delete tasks for their children. Task assignments and completions are managed through the app's workflow.

4.2 Photo Proof

When creating tasks, parents can require photo proof for task completion. Children submit photos as evidence of completed tasks. Parents review and approve or reject submissions.

4.3 Virtual Wallet

The app provides a virtual wallet system to track children's earnings. This is a tracking system only and does not involve real money transactions within the app.

4.4 Notifications

The app requests permission to send notifications about task assignments, completions, and reviews. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

The app offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $2.00 per month
• Lifetime Access: $15.00 one-time payment

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems, integrated with RevenueCat.

5.3 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be directed to the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the app store where you made your purchase for refund inquiries.

5.4 Subscription Management

You can manage, cancel, or modify your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

6.1 Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

• Parent account information (name, username, password)
• Child profile information (name, username, PIN)
• Task-related data (titles, descriptions, completion status)
• Photos uploaded as task proof
• Device tokens for push notifications
• Subscription and billing information (managed by RevenueCat, Apple, and Google)

6.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Send notifications about task activities
• Manage subscriptions and access
• Improve the app experience

6.3 Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data.

6.4 Data Deletion

Parents can request data deletion at any time through the profile section in the app. Upon request, we will delete all associated account data, including parent account, child profiles, tasks, photos, and transaction history.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or abuse the app's features
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Supervise children's use of the app

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Venu Kuriti. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
• We are not responsible for loss of data, service interruptions, or technical issues
• The virtual wallet is a tracking tool only; we are not responsible for actual financial transactions between parents and children

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile section.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

The app integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple App Store (for iOS payments)
• Google Play Store (for Android payments)
• RevenueCat (for subscription management)
